東京で生まれ育った映画監督です。監督・脚本を軸に、クリエイティブ戦略、コピーライティング、映像編集、インスタレーションなど、領域を横断して活動しています。奨学金を得てニューヨーク大学ティッシュ・スクール・オブ・ジ・アーツに進学し、Interactive Media Arts（IMA）の修士課程を修了しました。
映画、写真、デジタルメディアの分野で8年以上の経験を持つマルチディシプリナリーな監督として、「物語に最もふさわしい表現方法は、その物語自体が導いてくれる」と考えています。映画、カルチャー、アイデンティティ、テクノロジーが交差する場所で、感情を起点としたストーリーテリングを得意としています。演出に戦略、マーケティング、そして場づくりを掛け合わせることで、物語がさまざまな形式へと展開し、それぞれの観客に届き、一つのスクリーンを越えて生き続けるための、相互につながったメディア・エコシステムを構築しています。
東京を原点に、アジアとアメリカの異なる文化の間で育った経験から、これまでフレームの外に置かれてきた人々や視点に関心を持つようになりました。分断が深まる世界の中で、文化を越えた共感を育み、意味のあるつながりを生み出すことを目指しています。

I am a self taught director/ writer born and raised in Tokyo. My work spans across photo, film, creative strategy, copywriting, video editing, and installations. I hold a master’s degree from NYU Tisch’s Interactive Media Arts (IMA) program.
